The Last Six Months!!!

Ben, McKenna, and Jake: sporting various outfits throughout the day! Ben and Super Kenna Save the Day!
Ben took his first trip to the denist at the end of November!
He was awesome...even helped clean his own teeth.
Checking out teeth from Goliath!
Playing doctor...no shots at this visit!!!
And yes, there is a heartbeat!
Ben began swim lessons this fall!
No fear!
He was so excited to finally be in the water,
after watching Jacob for the past two years.
We decided to paint pumpkins for Halloween this year!
The kids loved it! Everyday they would ask
if they could paint some more. So, each day we added a new color!
Ben was very creative!
Showing off their master pieces!!!
The Beautiful Ladybug, the Fierce Pirate, and
our Spectacular Spider Man! We went to an orchard in Jonestown, Pa. for their Fall Festival, in October.
We rode on a hay ride, ate homemade applesauce, picked our own pumpkins,
got our faces painted, bounced in a fun house, and had a blast!
Kenna Rae got a pumpkin painted on her face!

Jake tried out the bounce house...Ben stepped in, and
immediately got out. Oh well, maybe next year!
Jake and Ben, helping Dad pick out the perfect pumpkin!
Kenna Rae found one too!
After the festival, we celebrated Ben's 3rd Birthday,
with a Lego Cake!
In September, we went to the Strasburg RailRoad
to check out Thomas the Train!
Todd and Pappy B tried out some of the toys!

Nanny and Pappy B taking a ride on Thomas with
three very excited grandchildren!
Jake and Ben got to race around the track
on their own little trains!
Visiting with Sir Topham Hatt!
We went to the Washington DC Zoo in August!
(Not the best zoo, hardly any animals were in the exhibits.
Despite McKenna screaming for the entire 2 hour drive,
and Todd getting lost, we still had a great time!)
We got to ride the Bears!
Big Paws, Little hands!
My husband on the days he forgets to shave!
Topping off the day with a cold, creamy treat!
Ocean City Maryland
Luckily, we had an oceanfront room...so mom could get up at 5am...to claim
a spot near the water and carry the
4 million items required to survive a day on the sand for
3 kiddos between the aged of 1-4.
(Mom needed a vacation from the vacation by the end of the week)
Kenna and Jake Lounging outside of our hotel,
patiently waiting to take a dip in the pool.
I built a kayak around Jake, and he paddled
out to sea with his sand shovel!
We took a day to explore Asseteague Island.
The Sand Dunes were loaded with misquitoes..and no horses.
Our group was not too happy at this point.
Finally, some horses!!!
Mom and the kiddos had fun with the horse exploration
and now we're ready for the beach!
Our little escapie...learned how to work
the zipper of the tent. (Nothing is kid
proof)!
Beach Bums all the way Baby!!!
The Felix Fam had an awesome time at the beach!

Wedding Bells!

Dan and Kristin, my little sis,
got married on June 16th,
in the Hershey Gardens! Waitin' for the bride.
Kristin and dad.
You may now kiss the bride!
Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Mclellan
Their reception was at the Hershey Hotel.
The cake...so amazingly yummy!
Naughty or nice?
O.K., they're pretty nice.
And a little silly too!

Crayola Factory!

We took the kids to the Crayola Factory, in Easton, PA. It's the most awesome place. I think that I may have had more fun than the kids. We got to explore so many hands on areas, make projects, see how crayons and markers are made, and we had a blast doing it all!!! Welcome to the Crayola Factory!
Rock on! We get to color on the walls with marker!
Jumbo bowl of crayons!
Fun tunnel in the play area!
Pretty little butterfly!
My men are hard at work...painting their butterflies!
They are making butterfly puppets...so cool!
Kenna's getting in on the action too...creating a little finger painting mural!
Look out...Bean's armed and dangerous with blue paint.
Jake is concentrating on making handprints.
A little Model Magic action!
Sidewalk fun! We got to color on the floor!
There was a Canal Museum on the 3rd floor.
The boys got to float boats down a replica canal
and learn about the levie system.
What a nice mule...Ben wanted to get on, but we
had to persuade him otherwise.
The mules were used to pull the boats down the canals.
Wow! Jake is so strong, and he can spell his name!
Don't forget about Ben!
The boys got to play in a train and watch a train go round the track!
Water table extavaganza!
McKenna ended the day with building sticks.
So much fun!
